JoBo Holstein Farm LLC is a 1,000-cow family dairy owned and operated by John and Bonnie Hess and three of their five children and son-in-law; John Hess, Jr.; Josie Riser, Dale Brown and Joy Widerman. In addition to the milking herd, the family owns about 800 heifers.
